1. Course Enrollment
All course bookings are subject to availability.
A non-refundable registration fee is required to confirm your seat.
Full payment must be made before the course begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of genuine emergencies, we may allow a one-time batch shift based on availability.
3. Certification
Certificates will be awarded only upon successful course completion and full fee payment.
ISO-certified certificates are issued only for full-term courses, not workshops.
4. Conduct & Discipline
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior during classes and workshops.
Any misconduct may lead to termination without refund.
5. Use of Portfolio Images
We may use photos/videos taken during training for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be featured, kindly inform us in writing during registration.
